About Us

The Delta San Francisco-Peninsula Foundation was founded in 1999 to provide scholarships to deserving students from San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. The Foundation exists to improve the quality of life in the San Francisco Peninsula area by supporting programs that foster educational growth. The Foundation is established to provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships and awards to individuals and organizations.

Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors of African descent for the purpose of motivating these students to attend college. Eligibility requirements for the scholarships are demonstrated intellectual promise, good work habits, high character, and financial need.

We are making a difference as expressed by students who have been recipients of a scholarship.
