In celebration of Black History Month 2008, we are hosting “An Evening with Gershwin” featuring internationally acclaimed opera singers Cedric Cannon and La-Rose Saxon. With the accompaniment of Joseph Joubert, Mr. Cannon and Mrs. Saxon will be performing Gershwin songs including selections from Porgy and Bess.
The event promises to be our biggest ever with more than fifteen hundred diverse Bay Area residents and guests in attendance. For convenience, tickets will be available via phone and through our website.
